​I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience supporting diverse populations, including children, individuals, and families. I hold a Master’s in Social Work and a Pupil Personnel Services Credential in School Social Work and Child Welfare & Attendance from the University of Southern California. I provide a safe and supportive space where clients can process emotions, build coping skills, and gain insight that fosters personal growth and resilience.
I provide evidence-based interventions for trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, work-life balance, self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship challenges, using a collaborative and empathetic approach tailored to each individual.

I am a skilled Nurse Practitioner, board-certified in Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Practice! With 25+ years in healthcare, I specialize in guiding individuals through life’s toughest transitions, grief, loss, and trauma. My experience as a medical provider informs the way I approach psychotherapeutic models and allows me to embrace a holistic approach to mental health and wellness as combined with evidence-based practice. My education allows me the ability to provide both psychotherapy and medication management.

I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and a graduate of Pacific Oaks College. I specialize in helping my clients navigate challenges and achieve personal growth using a strengths-based approach. I focus on empowering clients and fostering resilience within families. My experience supporting individuals experiencing PTSD and trauma emphasizes creating a safe, inclusive environment where every voice is heard. In addition to my client-centered work, I develop trauma-informed curriculum for both professional development and therapeutic work with children and families. I am passionate about mental wellness, collaboration, and inspiring positive change in the communities I serve.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in Los Angeles for the past 22 years. I am dedicated to supporting individuals, parents, and families through their recovery, healing, growth around grief, loss and trauma. I customize techniques based on the factors present in individuals' lives to enhance nervous system regulation while we build coping strategies and capacity to create sustainable approaches to recovery and healing. I currently work with women and children in community mental health providing individual and group therapy to achieve stability and permanent housing.
